App Update request
the app when selected requested an update did the update now it will not work, is there any end to this awful system.

I had a similar problem. Deleted it, reinstalled, updated again and all worked OK.
The update is a bit unusual as it bypasses the App Store. I was expecting not to need an update by downloading from the store again, however the App in the store hasn’t been updated for a couple of weeks.

I had the request to update on both my phone and tablet (Android) which I did and both worked with no issues.

I've never used the app as I prefer my laptop/ website however, I installed the app on the wife's ipad and everything works well. Still prefer the website though!

Same here. The fact that the App is only available in portrait, even on an iPad, means you can’t have the screen with a useable map and useable other data as you can on the web site. I only use it to put my membership card into my wallet, which can’t be done on the web site.

And another vote for the website, actually true for most if not all things on line.
Did the update and everything fine on the app when I checked.

Thanks guys just re updated and all working fine now thanks for your comments interesting as usual, now back to my clarinet bit of practice before a gig tonight.
