Toilet door handles

We have always found our toilet door handle difficult to use and even to the extent with arthritic fingers impossible at times. The Elddis Riva Gold / Avante and many other models have the same small round handle very close to the door frame. Hence very difficultto grip and turn.

Having loocked for alternativesicame upwith my own very successful solution and hope it may be of help to others -

Driill a 5mm hole through it and fit a extended 5mm bolt. Cost is pennies an dit works with no more problems
