Elddis crusader internal water tank
We have an Elddis crusader with a 100 litre internal tank. We have followed all the instructions in the manual but everyone we turn in the tap, even when turned to Int on the control panel, the water is coming from the aqua roll and not from the internal tank. We need to use the water rather than empty 100 litres away when we go home

From your comments it sounds like you are on site!
Has the internal setting ("Int" 3 position rocker switch fully up!) tank ever worked during your stay (or previously) and what does the level gauge show on the control panel.

Hi yes we are on site st the moment. It has worked previously just but this time. We have the switch to Int but it just empties the aqua roll. It’s full showing 100 and we have checked

Does the internal pump work properly (set to "Int") or at all if you pull the aquaroll connector out of it's socket?
With the switch in the middle position (not labelled but this is the position for the aquaroll), does the aquaroll pump work properly? most importantly does it deliver water to the taps and then turn off when it has pressurised the system.
If any of the above situations are not working properly it is worth trying the calibration instructions for the Aquaroll and the pressure switch settings for the internal tank (both in the handbook) .
Also drain some of the water out of the internal tank (just 5% say) to test that the water gauge on the switch panel is working.
As mentioned it could be the float switch, make sure that it is floating freely and not jammed.

We too have an internal tank, a 100 litre tank in a caravan would be huge, are you sure it holds 100 litres?
I think that, like ours, your tank is more likely to be around 40 litres. The 100 will refer to the % fill.
Cannot offer any advice on how to get it working as you wish, just wanted to clear up the amount of water involved!

Hi DD57
How are you getting on with the non operation of your internal pump?
It is always useful to know how you are progressing with a problem in order that others with similar faults may benefit from your experience.
