Back up Gas Bottle
Apologies if been asked before. Is there such a thing as a very small disposable gas bottle for back up that screws straight on to 6kg type regulators?

We always carried a Camping Gaz 907 as a back up, especially for overseas. The 904 model is smaller than that, but neither are disposable - they are swapped when empty for a full one. An adaptor is needed to screw directly into either of those Camping Gaz bottles then connects to the regulator and set up you already have.

The adaptor I have is like this but different ones can be had. Even British ones !

We also carry a 907. It's used as a back up to the 6kg, previously as the power for a Cadac and now for our single ring gas hob. I have to admit it does not get a lot of use as like most we use electric hook up. This sees us using a single ring induction hob outside.

We also used to carry a 907 as a back up when abroad, as they are available in many countries, but we never did need to use it.
These days we have Gaslow refillables as LPG is available in most countries, and relatively inexpensive.
Be aware that, if using Camping Gaz, the refills work out way more expensive than Calor or Flogas.
