I have tried all the advice on stopping an external water pump on board Vale from chattering to no avail.

Now I just put up with it.  I sometimes get it down to two or three chatters but never none.

Obviously I am doing something wrong but u have followed the advice from various different ways of doing it.

You can't have everything I suppose.

Doesn't spoil our breaks but it's irrarating u can't get to the bottom of it.

Do you mean chattering while a tap is running or all the time?

Sounds like you have a system leak.

No leaks chatters when switching on and off. Sometimes does it during tap operation it's mainly on hot. I've bled adjusted it fiddled about with it just doesn't want to play nicely.

I get a good flow of water and even the shower is good not that we the it.

A leak?   Allowing the pressureised side of the system to loose pressure back through the pump.  If the pump is switched off after running normally and the water inlet connection is removed, does water drip back out?

Haven't checked that right enough I couldn't find a leak on the pipe work anywhere all dry as a bone.
