Advice needed for tap issue please

We are still in our first Caravan, a 2008 Adria Alrea 542DK which has been a lovely family home.

The kitchen tap developed a leak below the actual tap bit at the top (only when running) so I was going to replace anyway, however it now will only run at a dribble so I'm hoping this is related and a replacement will solve both issues?

It doesn't seem to be an airlock (?) as I think I got all air out via the bathroom mixer/flush however maybe I'm missing something?

My main question is how to find a replacement,  a quick Google search brings up one looking the same on Amazon but says 'suitable for caravans' so perhaps not the same? I don't know if this tap would have a micro switch in for the pump or if that is a pressure switch elsewhere?

Can anyone help me please, primarily to buy the correct one but also if the almost complete drop in pressure will be solved by replacing?

Thank you - photos added (I think?)

If you see wires underneath your tap, then it’s using micro switches to energise the pump. If not, then your pump is energised by a pressure switch, typically positioned adjacent or as part of the pump. Internally, your tap controls flow by using a ceramic ball with a hole through it. It’s easy to crack that ball by letting residual water freeze in winter. If it does crack, then you’ll find the leak which you describe, with potentially less flow. In theory you can unscrew the top of your tap and replace a damaged ball. In practice it’s near on impossible to unscrew in many cases. So replacing the whole tap will be required. Any tap can be used so long as you don’t have the microswitches mentioned above. If you do, then a leisure vehicle tap will be needed.
