Looking at Facebook today I saw an advert for a company saying that they can remove spray foam insulation from inside lofts claiming that the application of such foam can cause damage to roof timbers and can prevent prospective purchasers of the house from getting a mortgage (I've read about this problem  before).

However, scrolling further down Facebook, there is an advert from the same company extolling the virtues of spray foam insulation. They obviously believe in having win / win situations.
