    Thanks for those people telling me to access the cards on the website.

    However, my main query is how long are the physical cards taking to arrive?

    The club says 5-10 working days, it is now 10 for us and no sign of the cards.

    At what point should I call the club...if others have taken 10+ days, I will wait a few more days, if others have been arriving within the 10 days, I will call on Monday.

    On a phone or a tablet you could always do a screen shot before arrival and show that at reception, no internet required for that at the point of arrival?

    Just an update.

    My digital card now shows the correct renewal date, after the latest app update. Thanks to whoever got the job done at last.

    I had to update the App today before it would show my renewal as well.
