Shower Sealant

Used a good quality sealant ie Dow 785 to seal shower but does not seem to to have adhered to the plastic very well at all, any good sealant ideas?

    Prior to using any sealant you must make sure that the area to be sealed is free from silicone residue,I always use spirit wipe as a cleaner,(beware fumes).Preperation is all important.
