12 volt not working

Have a lunar solaris 2006 

And have a problem with 12 volt electric 

Battery fully charged all fuses checked in fuse box checked with voltage meter 

Electric coming into van from battery but looks like it's not going to fuse box 

Been told it may be in line fuse but can't find it 

Any one now where it is or what it looks like

    On my caravan, a Bailey, there is an in line fuse located under the battery box; maybe you have something similar.
