The non functioning non-integrated bit is a puzzle if this is going to move forward in a positive customer friendly way.
I believe Southlands have finally relaxed the arrival times to help those with differently timed ferry bookings, I wonder how that will be set up?

And what about those of us arriving on a motorbike.........

It may be easy in a M/H but a lot more awkward in a caravan coming from the South west.
We were on Bourton at the end of the season last year and there were very few other units on, many less than we have seen in the past around the same time.
I wonder what would happen at the likes of Clachan if say 3 M/Hs who had not booked a pitch turned up at the same time, and then couple of caravans who had a booking turned up! Not a lot of room on the road past the site to stack the vehicles!!

I noticed in the FAQ's that Southlands arrival time is midday, unlike a lot of sites. As to relaxed arrival times I don't know if that is borne out by some of last years reviews which, if I recall correctly, suggested people were refused entry and told to go off and park up until the correct time!

I read on here somewhere that early arrivals due to ferry timings were being allowed to wait in the approach area and I think allowed on as spaces became available? (My recall might be wrong.)Anyway it's all at the experiment stage so no doubt there will be updates.
