I know this might sound a bit silly but, the North Yorkshire Moors campsite states that there's no toilet block.  It does state that it has a service point.  Does an elsan point ?

Yes, the non facility sites will always have fresh water taps, somewhere to empty waste water and an emptying point for chemical toilets.

Its a nice site in a good area enjoy your visit.

The service point will include the chemical disposal point. All sites, including CLs have at least one CDP.

    Edit: cross posted.

We go to the NYM site regularly - just being over an hour from home.  There is no toilet block - that's one of the reasons we like it because facility-free sites tend to be a bit quieter (less busy) in our experience.

There are however, numerous 'service points' comprising of water supply, waste water disposal, waste bins and a CDP (elsan point) scattered around the site. The site is laid out with little 'cul-de-sacs' of pitches around the site and there is a service point in close proximity to each area.

Just a bit more info - TV reception tends to be a bit variable - mainly due to the Bilsdale transmitter having burned down last year and is still operating with a temporary mast. Satellite reception, likewise - but due to the trees around the site.  That said, we've never had a problem at the top end of the site near the entrance which we usually use because we like grass pitches.

Lovely dog walks both around the site and just outside - it's a lovely site with very nice wardens and we enjoy going there.

All sites have a .PDF file of the site plan which show service points, this is the one for the site in question.
