Does the club have any offers on leisure batteries (other than the Avon lithium batteries) at the moment?

Cheers

They used to have an offer with Tayna Batteries but that doesn't seem to be listed anymore. Shame as they are an excellent company.

Cheers, I thought that was the case but wondered if I'd missed it somewhere.

You could always ask Tanya if they give a discount for being a CC member, other companies don't advertise the fact but sometimes will give one a discount.

I purchased a leisure battery from Tayna a few weeks back. They gave me a 10 per cent Caravan Club discount. They do need to see a copy of your membership card. Email them first.

Blast! I've just bought a new engine battery for the moho. C'est la vie.

It's always worth asking for a discount for things like batteries, mentioning the club, NT, EH etc.

That's one of the downsides of online shopping. Using discounts often involves a phone call.

It's good to talk!!wink I guess what one should do is suss out the best price on line and, armed with that, talk to your preferred dealer to see if they can at least match, if not beat, that price. On line prices are not always the lowest I have found.
