Browsing CLs on website
Website has changed since last time I searched for CLs. (I have to admit I preferred the old system). When looking at individual CLs I can't see any links to take you to the route directions. Very frustrating! I must be missing something? Advice welcome!

The Club is supposed to be dealing with this issue, but it appears not to be with any urgency. In the meantime, you have to search for these details. To do this note the name of the site of interest and search for the old web page by clicking on the magnifying glass found in the top righthand corner of some pages. Enter the site name and search. You should get a list with the site name included. Click on it and it should take you to the old web site page full of the site details.

Thanks peedee! Found it so difficult to navigate. Was searching for CLs in Devon & results said 20 found & list included Somerset & Dorset! Thanks again.

But why do members have to go all round the house to find something that was so easy with the old system? As I've said before the new system is a load of c**p as far as searching for CLs and finding what is in fact vital information when wanting to visit one of more.

I concur completely with the complaints made earlier. Why on earth does one have select viewing of CLs every time when searching when it should be the default setting? Surely CLs are searched more often than Overseas sites? When will action be taken to sort out this and all the other deficiencies (which I have reported).

If you look at the menu under Find a Site and click of Certificated Locations then Search a CL it does default to CLs. Looking for a site by name works very well but before you search a Location refine your search by clicking on Filters and set these up to suit your requirements. Hopefully the filters will be improved in time e.g. so we can search for CLs with hardstandings or without EHU..

I've just tried a search for CLs in Wilts on my Android 12 phone. First on the list was CAMC Cirencester followed by a mixed list of 20 sites inc ones in Hants, Somerset etc. I clicked on the map and it was all over the place when I zoomed in.
Is CAMC serious about fixing this problem I wonder? Otherwise it's a better "booking experience" using other web sites at present.

Where can I find the directions to Hows Farm CL, plenary of time as it does not open until April 2023. But if anyone knows how I can find the directions would be good.

At the moment I am going through the new SD, cross checking it against the previous one, so there will be a few more changes to be made I think. I will post details to Maddie for checking out when I'm completed.

I found what I hope to be a convenient CL for our 1 night halt going to the ferry at Portsmouth, using Searchforsites.
Their map is soooooooo much better, the whole app is so easy to use. I found a CL, liked the look of it, read reviews and then looked it up in SD to check it out.
Will use it in future so much easier.

Using my iPad to search from the map, select a CL, view further details, STILL does not give me full info. Still have to then go to that named site in a different way to get those vital details.
When oh when will we get full functionality for CLs?

Improvements are still being made to the Map search so please bear with us. The old CL search function has been put back in place to help in the interim with finding CL sites by Counties, Towns or specific facilities. I hope this will help make it easier for you to find CL's for now.

How much longer will it take? It's been months!
It's not just one area of the 'new improved booking system' that is still suffering. Maybe the club could read all the relevant CT posts regarding customer experience including refunds and act in accordance with their oft chanted mantra "you said we listened"
