Motorhome towbar
Hi, We are new to Motorhomes and looking to buy our first one. We are looking for a sub 6metre 2 berth, something like an Autotrail Nuevo or other similar end kitchen unit. Hoping to spend around £20k for one dated between 2000 and 2005.
The one thing we must have is a towbar. If we cant find a unit with one already fitted we will have to have one fitted. we’ve been looking and asking but so far have got nowhere. Does anyone know a company that could do this in Kent ? If we have to travel further we could but obviously closer to home is better.

Some MHs are easy to fit towbars on, some not. It can depend in part on whether you have the Alko extended chassis and on the placement of water tanks.
If you do, indeed, want an AutoSleeper Nuevo I know for a fact that towbar info and much more can be gained by joining the AutoSleepers Owners Forum.

The nationwide companies such as Witter, PFJones and Halfords have towbar fitters across the country - talk to them and get info from them before you buy the vehicle. We are amateurs. They are professionals.
