Just to point out this didn't happen to me,but just something I could see that could cause issues later.

I have kept out of the new booking system issues, managed to book two sites, with one problem which head office sorted for me,but I have never liked the 13:00hr arrivals time personally.Never did like it when the CCC were first to introduce it.

I also have no problem with the "taking of balance" when visiting a site, even if it is taken at 02.04 in the morning roughly 11 hrs before the earliest arrival time.

But say someone arrived say 30 minutes early, and had to move due to a request from the site manager, you have already paid the balance some 10 and half hours earlier.

I can just see potential issues, with such an automatic balance payment taken some 12 hours previous.

Do you mean ‘move’ as in-you are too early go away & come back later?🤔

if the that is the case then-I paid for some Christmas light show places months ago at Sewerby Hall but won’t enjoy it until this month. I see it as guaranteed places & willing to pre book to hold it.

Why would someone arrive 30 mins early? They would be in the wrong and the site manager would be fully entitled to turn them away but I cannot see the tie in with the payment process. Paying at whatever time entitles you to arrive at 1300, not earlier.

I paid for various holidays some time before like the holiday cottage, yet I wasn't allowed in till a certain time.

Yes you have the option to pay earlier with the club but your 'contact' is from 13:00

I purchased a Christmas present from Argos on Sunday evening. It stated I could  pick it up from 8am the next day. As they had my money perhaps I should have expected them to open at 7:30.🤔
