Swift Caravans LED road lights query

Because Swift caravans have LED road lights, my Ssangyong Korando will not operate these caravans road lights properly so can any member suggest a suitable tow car that does not require a Sargent VLM unit to be fitted to these caravans in order to operate the caravans road lights correctly - all Swift say is hey have no records of compatible tow cars.

    isn't cheaper to fit the VLM unit than swap cars? 🤷‍♂️

    I Had a  VLM4 fitted to my Swift Elegance for the same problem. My then car a Range Rover would not recognise the Led lights. I have now replaced the car with a Kia Sorento so do not need the VLM. If you can find out if this fits then you are welcome to it ..All i want is to cover the cost of postage.
