12v problem

Please can anybody offer advice on the 12 v output of my caravan.

The Caravan is fitted with a BCA Dual Stage Charger and when connected to EHU all 12v circuits and lights can be operated.

The onboard voltage meter reads 13.5volts

When NOT on EHU no 12v circuits are live. but the battery has 13v measured at the terminals

and the Motor Mover can be operated.

I suspect there may be a problem with the dual charger not switching back but can anyone help

I imagine the 20? amp in line fuse between battery and fuse box/charger has blown

Your mover will still work as it is directly connected to the battery

Thank you The Shipmans . I located the fuse in the BCA unit front panel and with a quick change of blown fuse the system is back with power off grid.

We are now ready for any power cuts !! and can resolve by moving to the caravan if  we need suitable winter accomodation.

Many regards for your help. foot-in-mouthfoot-in-mouthcool     I will now wonder what caused the fuse  to blow
