    25 years and no remission for good behaviour . . . .

The last couple that I got didn't turn up until months after the qualifying renewal.

Not bothered as I wouldn’t stick it on the van anyway

I seem to recall when this has been discussed before the answer from 'above' was that if you haven't received one then ring/contact the membership team.

Nor me. That’s why Cody is welcome to my completely unused stickers, assuming I can find them. 🤔

    25 years..thats nothing.

I was due a 40 years long service award back in August 2020, shown an email from HR to my manager  (not to me!) stating that due to cut backs there would be no long service awards. Left with VS at 39 years 11months and a mark on my backside where the door shut closely behind..

Despite the fact the club claim to send out the stickers automatically this does not seem to happen. But if you email membership services they will send you one.

The point of getting a sticker for something is acnowledgement. A small token of thanks. The cost to the business of such a gesture is peanuts, but the benefit is a customer feeling appreciated. Mutual benefit. Friendliness.

I can’t honestly say receiving my stickers made me feel appreciated. There are many other and more effective ways CAMC could do that starting with some decent communication from HO over the frequent taking down of the website without prior notice and a meaningful explanation concerning the present booking debacle.

+1. Up to now it has been a complete shambles, and their silence as a lot for their communication skills and what they actually think of the membership, or should that be customers.

One and the same, Nellie. I note you omitted the word 'valued'.

Only valued because they drag ever increasing amounts of money from those that continue using their overpriced sites.

It's sad that the caravan club has come to this with disgruntled members and far from the club I joined,  maybe 25 years is enough.

I’ve been using Asda for 22 years & not one sticker of appreciation🤷🏻‍♂️. They-much like CAMC offer a service we pay for-stickers are paid for by us too. It’s the 21st century. It’s a gimmick that belongs in the past.

I’m not so sure about that. Haven’t ASDA recently introduced a store card ( their equivalent of a sticker) after 22. Years of saying they didn’t need to copy the likes of Tesco etc.

It’s never a good thing to take a loyal customer base for granted. Can’t say I’m bothered ( we never received our 15th) but a given the number you see stuck on vans, a lot of folk seem to like them.

That’s not a gimmick it’s a scam👍🏻. The items in the loyalty awards are self defeating due to their expensive nature😊. You think what you like SL but most smart folk see these things for what they are-‘a trip down memory Lane’ a thing for those seeking nostalgia amongst us. Last thought. . .The cost of living is skyrocketing to sickening levels, a plastic ‘pat on the back’ won’t help☹️

    but most smart folk

That’s a bit rude R2B, used as you did smart would be defined as intelligent. Hopefully you didn’t mean that those who want a sticker or own a loyalty card are unintelligent or stupid.
