Winter tyres

Hi all.

I understand the winter tyres law for cars in Germany, does exactly the same apply for a caravan?

    Winter tyres are not the law in Germany. The law only states that the tyres must be appropriate to suit the conditions, so if the winter is mild there is no need.

    That said, winter tyres are not mandatory on trailers, even in wintry conditions.
