My UK site bookings tab....

Is it just me (using Windows 10 on a laptop) or is anyone else having trouble accessing 'My Bookings' on website?

Regardless of whether I click the above link on the Homepage, try it from the My Profile link at top of the page or click on the My Membership link on Homepage then click the 'View your Bookings' tab, everything takes me to the bookings page for UK/Overseas Sites/Crossings yellyellyell

I can view them on Android App or if I click the link 'my bookings' on a confirmation email which takes me to.....

Also like others have said in other threads, payment for a booking for Aug '23 is stated as being due 29 Apr 2026

Feedback please or can Mods confirm this issue has been raised with IT

    You're showing the " my bookings page " which I can access via My Profile on both my android phone (not app) and my laptop but if yours isn't working and the dates aren't correct you can use my post to report the problem.

    It took two days for access to work for me. I also have the correct year dates.

    On my Windows 10 desktop (which shouldn't be any different to a similarly configured laptop) I can access my bookings as per your first screen shot. If I press the "upcoming booking" tab it takes me to my two outstanding bookings with the option to amend, pay etc. So for me the new system seems to be working although I have gone no further than looking!

    As far as the App on Android is concerned it seems a complete waste of space! It won't accept my normal login details. If I go in as a guest I can see my bookings but it won't show my membership card!

    David, everything I try takes me to the "What would you like to book" page!!!

    Only if I click on the link in my confirmation email do I get taken to the 'My Bookings' page.

    I can however access it from the Android App or by signing in on my phone from the app......  I did however have to re-install it 3 times before it worked & as like you, if I'm signed out of the App but I open it as 'Guest' it shows My Bookings but not my membership card.

     Also, if you want to amend a booking by adding 'Guests' it says it will make the changes to ALL bookings, not sure if this is all separate bookings or just all the bookings in a block booking if you made several at the same time.

    Not good if you book several & only want to take the Grand-kids on 1 of those bookings!!!!

    I'll just stick to what I do now & add them on arrival if they're with me, as will also save on deposits wink

    When I look at My Bookings, I get a page showing my future bookings with all the information on when the booking was made, how much was paid or is due etc. In fact, everything is shown except which campsite it refers to. You have to click on each entry in turn to see where it refers to, can't the name of the site be shown along with all the other stuff on the first page?

    UPDATE:

    So, after reading a post somewhere else, I tried logging in via Microsoft Edge (which I don't like) & all links take me to 'My Bookings'..... hooray smile

    However, after having a 'play' if you try to amend party it will make changes to ALL bookings!

    So the problem obviously lies with Chrome, it needs a 'fix'.....
