Website bookings

Hello All 

I'm sure I introduced myself when I joined the club a couple of yrs ago but I've just renewed my membership so apologies if I come back on with a request/complaint.

Is anyone else having trouble booking online? when I try to book and get to the choice of pitches there is a button below each pitch selection to log into the website of the site. When I press this I'm taken to a site in London when I wish to book in Dumfries and Galloway?

It's done this several times now and I can't get a booking done 

Many thanks in advance for any help. Maybe I'm missing the obvious as a (new) re-joined member

    When you go into  the section "Find a campsite" are you then typing in the name of the site you wish to look at?  From doing this you should then be able to click on "Check availability and book" the type of pitch you want.

    Make sure you are signed in first otherwise this request will occur before you can proceed further and you will lose your booking page.

    I’ve just tried a dummy booking at New England Bay and found no issue.

    This is what I did -

    Log in to CT

    Go to Find a UK Campsite

    Book a campsite - clubsites

    Start typing New England Bay in the search box and select it from the drop down list of suggestions. (This is very important and if not done all sites will be listed in alpha order with Abbey Wood at the start.)

    Scroll to the bottom and hit the search button and you should get the site and its booking page.
