    I’m happy to say I understood little of that because English is my first language.

    Can you imagine the fun if we were allocated a marketing officer to analyse us personally🤣🤣🤣 Something tells me the TDA’s would not be first pick!

    🤔But then…….some folks do like a challenge🤣🤣🤣 

    I’m particularly drawn to the bit around what type of outfits Members use. I can imagine that having folks fluffing their feathers and wondering what is happening………..😲☹️😁🤩😡

    In a previous life I was a Data Analysist. Maybe I should apply. A bit too far to travel though.

    The job description says the Clubs aim is to, ‘better understand its members’ why doesn’t it just try reading some of its members opinions on here once in a while.

    Based on experience of the club/member interface and and ongoing analysis of member input to the threads on this forum, I am able to form the view going forward that the Executive, IT department and central administrative function of CAMC should be placed in 'special measures'.

    Marketing speak.

    Basically, Club has been taken by surprise by folks wanting to join, they need a number cruncher to sort things out, count how many folks join but then leave, join then stay, how much does each spend, what do they tour in, how can we spend money a bit wiser on those who spend more and stay Members longer, and can someone interpret all this for rest of staff so we know what the heck is going on out there!

    It probably sounds more romantic in French, but that’s the basic English version…….

    An interesting job actually. Providing information gets actioned of course.

    'Data' is useful, but it becomes far more useful when its understood and becomes 'information'.

    I guess that'll be the next job advert...'information analyst'😉
