Repair on bathroom door

Hi

Has anyone repaired or covered a hole in an MDF bathroom door in a swift challenger.2019

The cooker lid flew off during transit and there is a triangle hole in the door about an inch wide.

New door £147.

There are wood effect tapes but unsure of colour.

Do we cover with a grill, not sure what to do...

Depends where the damage shows, is it high enough to cover with a small stick on mirror or hook (or a row of small hooks.) How creative can you be?
