Thetford fridge problem

Is anyone having a problem with being able to contact Thetford in the UK. 

I am finding it difficult to contact them by phone, too many callers at any time, have had no reply to a letter I sent to them, or not able to get through to them on their website

    Sadly it seems a sign of the times 🥲. Do places still shut for summer holidays?
