When are we going to be able to book pitches next year i've been trying to get to book for June, July 2023

Once the club gets its act together and gets the booking system sorted out.🙄 There are other threads about it - you're not alone.

Hi Briang.
I have just raised this question using the live chat facility in CAMC Facebook live chat. The reply I received was that the club plans to go live with the new booking system on Monday 15th August.
You would think that this would enable bookings for June,July and August to be made from the 15th of August.
Given the many delays to the introduction of the new system, don't hold your breath 🤔

Given that is only a week away and there has been nothing said, I’m not!
To do it at such a busy time of year on an IT system that is held together with sticking plaster, would be crazy.1 -
I wouldn't worry about it. you'll probably be able to book the week before if this year is anything to go by, When I looked at late availability yesterday, 94 club sites had availability for a week from this Saturday, so plenty of choice.

According to Admin on the FB group Members Chat Group his reliable information (informant) said it was due to start today the 8th.
When asked about this information he declined to comment. Seems as though that was more FB speak or he needs to get a better informant.
It will be announced when the club is ready.

Good luck with that one Chemik. It took two years for the last overhaul of the website, including CT. And here we are today …..buffer…..buffer…….buffer…….server error

And that means half of club sites are full!
Apart from the dangers of extrapolating this year to next year it's not much good if the site you want is currently on the full list?
I know it is perhaps puzzling to some but people do want to book a club site and at a particular date. They may want the security of having booked.
When I went to work I knew my holidays years in advance but now having children who have book/ask/swap quite a way in advance I appreciate more what it must be like one/two working people.

Agree with harryb’s comment “It will be announced when the club is ready”.
The club’s info on ‘improving your booking experience’ gives answers various questions but unfortunately there appears to be no info as to how the club is going to inform all its members Eg will they use the magazine/this their official website/facebook or individual emails/texts to each member etc.
Knowing how the club will communicate the ‘change’ should IMHO be something HO should be telling us now. At least each of us can then keep checking the media the club chooses to use to inform us.
