They were never on, in 2012 when I arrived it was crap then, C&MC seems to be in a race with itself to the bottom. . .They’re winning by losing🤷🏻♂️🙄

I'm guessing because it was down for such a long time, they were doing prep work for the deposit changes. It certainly did not fix server errors encountered on CT. Tomorrow we will be two thirds of the way into the year, time is running out for the booking system to even be introduced in 2022.

The trouble is the longer they leave it the more stress it will get put under on day one. As they have stopped folk booking all of next years May half term and July / August summer holidays (previously released together at the start of July) there could well be a mini frenzy day.

Yes every cloud... or I suppose in this case it's every silver lining has a cloud.
I've said before there will be an old fashioned booking day (and no doubt with all the old threads about the day and time favouring those that work/don't work) and wondered what procedures will be in place. It will be just like old times, I'm sort of looking forward to it.
There is still no date been officially given which is disgraceful.

I'm getting server errors this morning even when I click on discussions which hasn't happened before.

Oh, superb! A couple of minutes ago there were server errors on attempting to enter both the main discussion page and latest activity. The L/A one is still present.
Are these reports really being fed back to the IT Team and, if they are, why is there no action or response? 🥱😖

I have have been getting the message each time I have tried to log in over the last few days. Usually disappears after a couple of attempts.

this site is no longer a joke, it is a disgrace, having just returned from a few days in Mersea i thought i would look in to see if there was any information that might be relevant to me.
After rxing at least 5 servers errors I have given up, and even if you manage to get to a certain topic it is so slow. If you look around you will see that many people who used to post on here with really good information have drifted away, probably to use other sites that are much more efficient than CT. CT is dying whilst the clubs IT department looks the other way.

Someone has been tampering with the server again, been removing wires and replacing in the wrong place lol

I am now often getting server errors, particularly when trying to go into Discussions. On the PC I can often circumnavigate the problem by going the long way round to get into things I want to look at. It seems to have been particularly bad this weekend? I imagine there is ongoing work going on for the booking systems but don't know it that is what is causing the problem. Worrying if it's not that!

I too am getting the server error on threads when moving a page forward, especially page 20 of "can no longer afford" thread.
Could someone report my post to draw attention to this thread please?

Brue folks liking their own posts 😂😱, I've never checked 'likers' unless it's a thread I'm interested in. On fb and possibly other forums you can check on the post who the liker's are. Too much effort to see who the x number of likes are by on here.....
