Yesterday I followed a Mitsubuishi Warrior L200 crew cab pick-up. It had a towbar fitted and was on a 15 plate. What surprised me was that the registration plate was a 'green' plate which I thought were only legal on fully electric vehicles. Clearly this wasn't a fully electric, or even partly electric vehicle. Was the driver trying to get around EZ charges somewhere? Pity I didn't get the full registration.

    The registration number will not let him get away with any LEZ areas
