Carver motor mover problem connecting

I have just replaced my 110v caravan battery and my motor mover (carver) is not connecting

ive tried to look up you tube for engaging it back to the remote but can’t see anything in this snd I do not have a red switch as a seperate lead on my battery to unplug and re set it.

Any guidance on what to do?

    Have you checked that the batteries in the remote are OK, and inserted correctly?

    Replacing the caravan battery should not affect the connection between remote and mover.

    Or  Is it a plugged in remote?  (Our Carver one was, and we had no red isolation switch either)     If so, is it making good contact ? Are the connections clean?
