Old Part Search... Help!

I know I might be searching for the holy grail, but does anyone have a new, or good working second hand control panel for an Abbey (swift) GTS 416 it's a Nordel Electronica NE183-T56 I will try and add a photo! Mine has died while we are on a grand tour and we now only have mains electrics, no 12 volt systems.

    Have you replaced the CR2032 button cell battery in the back of the unit before assuming the unit has died? I think it needs this battery to turn on initially.
