Hi, 

We recently had some issues regarding a motor home we had purchased from a main dealer, just wanted to thank and flag up to other members this fabulous service! The clarification and advice given regarding our consumer rights helped at a extremely stressful time!

    Certainly makes a change for  Head Office to get plaudits and not kicks on here surprised

    Lots of changes to our summer plans, we are now no longer a caravanners, sold to a lovely couple! or motor homers as it was returned to the dealer, who have added to the purchase price and have stated it as one owner on their website, not sure how that works as we bought it second hand!?!?

    Thankfully we have our money back thanks to the Caravan Club. Buyers please be aware.
