Phoenix 420 electrics problem

Can anyone advise: all caravan electrics work on EHU and the motor mover works from the battery. The battery is ok (13.8V) and all fuses I can access are ok. But nothing apart from MM works in the caravan from the battery- no display/ lights/fridge etc.

Any advice appreciated.

    I presume you have turned on the 12 volt system
