I have been having trouble registering our caravan into our name. The online system has an error and the phone lines are constantly busy. 

I have emailed twice as well. The previous owner has sent off the paperwork and has emailed also.

She's had an acknowledgement of her email but I have heard nothing.

Is anyone aware of problems at Cris or had similar issues?

    Even nine years or so ago when we bought our second caravan, they didn’t strike me as the most efficient. That was from new, and after several months and a lot of chasing we eventually ended up with three originals sent over a couple of weeks.

    Keep all of the purchase documentation or you have no proof you own it if stolen
