Cool Campings has been very successful, so should do well. Adds another dimension for getting more pop up sites onto the list of possible stays.

We stayed on an MH pull in provided by a local community/estate our first night. Level hardstandings, tap, waste, CDP point, loads of space, picnic tables, bird feeders and views to die for, along with walks, cycle paths. £5 a night, although you didn’t have to pay if you were that way inclined. Pay by PayPal or leave it in a lock up box.

That's what you want. Keep it cheap and simple.

CY, looking at our options up here, we leave this lovely CL Monday, but we are just going to wing it around the coastline for another few days, then find another CL to park up and cycle from. No wild camping, all private, community or Forestry provided stops, some just a park up, some with facilities to empty and refill, small charge paid in a variety of ways. The options are fabulous. Might not suit those of a worrying disposition, as you don’t know whether or not a spot might be full, but so far, so good for us. There are a good few MHs and campers around, but possibly nothing like it will be in the Summer.
