Bluish mark on exterior of my caravan

Can anyone advise me on what could cause a bluish mark on the external wall (see pictures)just pitched up for the first time this year not yet cleaned it or had its annual service yet

You will need to reduce your photos to below 500k for them to appear. The sites a bit antiquated and can’t handle anything larger. If you’ve an Apple or Android device you can download a resizing App, such as image size from the appropriate store. Very easy to use and free if you don’t mind the adds.

No we bought it second hand in 2020,I was thinking it was from a previous repair but was after other peoples view,thanks for your reply
