Autoguard Warranties

Hi has any member bought one of these caravan/motorhome warranties and actually had to use them and if so how was their experience with autoguard

    We have a 12month all areas Auto. Protect warranty (insurance based?)on our PVC ,up to a thousand pound per claim it came with the camper from the dealer (free?) but it is in my name  there are plenty of "small print "get outs ,but the dealer has told me do not ring the number on the warranty  , go via them it is much less of a problem if they contact for warranty work 

    Which I think speaks volumes undecided

    We had a two year Autoguard warranty with our caravan.and it 3as very good indeed. We needed to make a claim in each of the two years and they were excellent. Everything was done through the repairing company without any fuss at all. would certainly have another warranty with them

    We had a two year warranty with Autoguard and found them to be very good indeed. We had a claim in each of the two years and they were very good in settling the claims both of which were dealt with directly with the repairing company. I would certainly have a further warranty with them
