Hello

I have a Swift Conqueror (2016 model) and the middle front blind appears to have broken. Does anyone know if there is anywhere I could get this fixed please (I'm based in Derbyshire)

Many thanks

Can you give us some detail of exactly what is broken about it, maybe a photo too?

Had it happen to ours, after removing and further investigation found the cord tensioner spring had become dislodged

One of my blinds has gone in a Swift Conqueror (2018) the bottom one won't stay up - so are you saying the browser that I might be able to fix it?  I have a temporary fix with a 4 inch clip normally used for holding papers!

    Hi
I see that there’s been postings of fellow banners having blind problems but nobody has yet supplied a solution. Is this a back to the dealer issue or direct to Swift?

it’s disappointing that spending £30.000 to find that when a problem occurs as simple as a blind there’s no a jot on Swifths website offering any help. It’s another job trying to find a phone number or email or any other form of contact.
I would be obliged if any member could offer any of the following :-

    1 Contacts for Swift

    2 Contacts for blind repairs

I’m based on the Derbyshire/ Cheshire border..

    I’d appreciate any help!

I suggest you contact the dealer who supplied your van, especially if this is a warranty issue. It’ll be a matter for a dealer and not for Swift themselves.

@morefoolme you don't say how old your Swift is. Did you buy it new and is it still in warranty? We have had a problem with a blind but it has all been sorted out by our dealer, who contacted Swift and obtained a replacement and it will be fitted under warranty.

Most blinds are not too difficult to fix. If you google "repairing caravan blinds" you should get plenty of answers. Here is one about a Swift found on U- Tube:
