Just received a letter from East Fleet announcing new ownership to Away Resorts....at the bottom of the letter is the wording "In association with the CaMC" and the clubs logo..

In the absence of any communication/information from the club...has anyone any further info regarding the club's involvement..

    It is a affiliated site and perhaps it will continue under the new owners.

    Away Resorts own Sandy Balls in the New Forest and that popular campsite no longer accepts touring units!!! As far as I can tell, East Fleet is a touring site so I expect it will be a case of watching this space on possible changes. If it was up for sale I wonder if the CMC were interested or even offered the opportunity to buy?

    In the Dorset Echo (back in Nov. 21)  it says this is their first all camping and touring park ownership. LINK
