         I don't think anybody holds Rowena responsible for the issues, however she has not given any situation report and that probably antagonises the problem. In my career I have been in similar situations and keeping people up to date tends to make things more bearable.

    Perhaps just a statement to the effect that there is little that they can do without a major overhaul and that will have to wait till the new booking system is up and running effectively, and that they will get onto this system then. Or perhaps just admit that they don't give a fig for CT and we can either like it as it is of lump it. Then at least we'll know where we stand.

    CAMC have now partly amended the details. However both on "my booking" and on the web site there are no details about the bar and restaurant area at present, no entertainment info either except to say this will be available peak season, does this include Easter when there are peak prices?  Looking at a review coming in from Carnon Downs this morning it looks as though the users were affected by lack of information on that site too. I sincerely hope CAMC ups their game on these poor quality offerings.
