    To be honest they did.  I just took one of their paragraphs and trimmed it slightly 👍.

    That would be difficult as it would not only affect driving licence entitlement, but everything over 3500kg and with less than eight seats counts technically as a Category N2 or N3 goods vehicle, for which different technical requirements apply.

    I recall my father's civilian driving licence after the last war where opposite "categories" was the one word - "any".
