Swift Bessacar 496 Electric Drop Down Bed Problem

The electric drop down bed on my motorhome comes down ok but will not retract upwards as it should, I have managed to locate the 13mm bolt on the motor drive which is mentioned in the handbook ( after much searching, why doesn't it mention in the handbook exactly where it is, very annoying !! ) and I can manually get the bed back up to it's starting position.

I'm assuming this is a limitation switch issue and there may be a reset facility although I can't find any reference to this is the handbook, has any motorhome owner had the same problem and can help please ?

    Perhaps try the Swift talk forum if it's still going...?

    I take it you batt is fully charged? it may get the bed down but will need more power to raise it
