Water Tank access

We have an original-style (i.e  a high-roof Renault Trafic LWB conversion) Danbury Active Campervan. The water tank is underslung and I'd like to know how I can access it e.g. to replace or maintain the submersible pump. There is no (obvious) access hatch inside the vehicle: is it likely that it can only be accessed from underneath ?. I'd be grateful for any info/suggestions.

    Maybe check with Danbury if they are still operating?

    ...the first thing I did when I bought the Van but they'd just been folded into VanWorx. I asked if there was any descriptive material about the original Active in their records that was about to be thrown away but no dice !

    A quick look from underneath will reveal any sort of cleaning/inspection hatch.
