I wonder if any one knows my rights?  Swift Conquer 2019

Panoramic window split a couple of months ago and dealership sealed it and ordered new one under warranty BUT the seal failed on Friday and the curtains are still soggy.  I am currently near Pertshire caravans can I just turn up and hope they will seal it again? Other places seem to be booked for months

  It took less than 10 mins to seal before!  I am not particularly safe on a ladder but I haven't got one with me!  But I did buy some sealant that B and Q say will work

  Any ideas?  Supposed to leave the site tomorrow too.  TiA

    I think that would be down to the dealer and how customer orientated they are,  ,give them a ring and as back up see if you can stay on where you are,

    Thanks for that JVB.  Miraculously one of the site staff found a mobile repairer who has stuck lots more sealant on it.  NAVARAC was brilliant.  Perth area.  Sunday and no fallout charge!.  Lucky to as they are full up tomorrow here. Fingers crossed it will now keep out the weather for a bit longer.

    Pippah45 good to hear you been patched up for now. Lets hope it lasts and hopefully the warranty work will be carried out swiftly. Meanwhile enjoy your travels.
