    +1, it’s like almost everything new to CT it’s never approached with an open mind just an open moan chamber, no wonder noobs don’t return🤷🏻‍♂️🙄

    Ambivalent to them really. On the one hand I think I’d enjoy playing with one and getting some great photo shots, on the other hand too many seem to be owned by the same types who annoy everyone with jet skis!

    I notice that the OP has neither name or member tag, if appropriate, under their photo. Never seen that before, anyone any explanation why that is?

    Not entirely but the OP was an old friend who no longer posts. The pic is a complete mystery - one of the vagaries of CAMC IT.

    I have brought my post forward so that if there is anyone out there to assist me they won't have to read all the other non relevant stuff

     

    Now for the advice.  I have recently purchase a DJI mini 2.                                                    My phone is a Samsung S21  5G.                                                                                              I have been on the Google play store to download the DJI Fly App but I can’t find it so I have downloaded the DJI Pilot app.  This doesn’t appear to work, the message says that an aircraft is not connected.  If I move the wheel on the controller the camera moves (curious).  

     

    I know the drone, controller work cos I’ve connected via the flight App to my i-pad mini 2.

    Anyone got any ideas

    We are talking about the other thread and, not being into the quantum sciences, I couldn’t recognise anyone but you seem quite adept at recognising trolling🤔.

    What and who I or others like is actually none of your business but the fact you are following me around analysing my every move demonstrates you have an unhealthy interest in my activities.     You could end up in the chokey muscles with a naughty boy tattoo & PJ’s with arrows on your clothes. Discharging shotguns in public is frowned upon even where you live I guess🤷🏻‍♂️. 

    The days of you strutting around your manor are over I’m afraid🙁

    Saw an item on the news today….Ukrainians spotting drones with a laser and then shooting them down. Looked like much more fun than shooting game.

    67 years old, amateur photographer and now a drone fan. Registered and Legal, I don't buzz anybody, especially cowboys with guns but get some amazing photographs and 4K video.

    The attached image is very low resolution showing York Rowntree Park Caravan Club Site and its proximity to the City and Cathedral.

    should eventually be rendered in high resolution and should look stunning on a 65" TV.
