The Olympics usually coincide with a few decent Sports Documentaries available to watch on TV. Couple I have recently viewed are both on BBC iPlayer, “Lance” a Storyville two part in depth documentary around Lance Armstrong, and possibly the longest fall from the highest pedestal in recent sports history. It can be a deeply uncomfortable watch at times, but I found it very compelling, still so many unanswered questions, and the man himself is still an enigma.

The second is a Winter Olympics related documentary, the story of Tonya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan, called The Price of Gold. A very sad tale in many ways, criminal in others.

Can highly recommend both.

There is another on BBC iPlayer at the moment as well...Geraint Thomas The Road will Decide. The story of G’s 2018 tour ride with Egan Bernal. Again, very interesting if you are into Cycling.
