Access handrail fitting

I have a 2015 Bailey U3 Barcelona and am considering fitting a Milenço access handrail. There is no space to use the mounting which goes through the caravan wall but I hope to be able to use the Milenço adaptor brackets which fit to the door frame. Prior to ordering the parts I would like to know about any members experience of doing this.

    We have the fiamma equivalent which i think it is very similar ,it was easy to fit I also used a Sikaflex adhesive for add support and it also acted as a sealant
