Dispose of it, as once it has become irretrievably gone it's purpose will be revealed and you will be hunting for a replacement winklaughing

PS. Have you tried a reverse image search?

I remember having one on the back of an old/small fridge, it was a vent. The slot at the bottom was a ‘hand slot’ for prising it off to clean it.

A reverse image search on say Google allows you to search for an internet link based on an image which you upload (the opposite of googling say campervan and getting a picture of a motorhome )!

Doing this with your picture does not produce any matches although it does suggest that it is a manhole cover and other irrelevant things frown

A useful tool but not on this occasion

It reminds me of a "divider" we have that fits vertically  in one of our cool boxes.

Right click on your image. From the drop down menu choose "search the web for image"

Agree with Kj ..... it's a divider from a cool box.  We have an old Halfords cool box with a very similar divider.
