I ordered 4 bottles of Aquakem Blue Consentrate from club shop, but I received 4 Dometic Powercare Tabs, I have send numerous emails and tried to phone them but all to no avail.

Do not use the club shop as impossible to get in touch with them to rectify any issues,

I use Prima both through the club website and a trade account.

In my experience there was always a very quick turnaround. I will admit that before the lockdown, I did find that some items were always on back order.

when lockdown hit, the service crashed. You could place orders and the money would be taken. Unfortunately Expected delivery dates were Longer and are constantly extending. I’ve had to cancel some orders that I placed in July and currently showing October delivery dates!

I think that they are dependent on their suppliers and possibly manufacturing takes president over parts.

If you email customer services, I have found that you will get a reply in approximately a week.

In my experience prima are always slow with despatch even when items state in stock for next day despatch. My last order five days ago is still showing as order open despite items being in stock for next day despatch.

My personal dealings with Prima Leisure have been quite satisfactory. However whenever my dealer gets involved with ordering things from Bailey (I assume the same source) I have experienced quite long delays. When I purchased my current motorhome I wanted a spare wheel and holder which took about three months to come through. I am changing the steel wheels to alloys and again there seems to be a delay. In both instances it means another trip back to the dealer when I had hoped spare wheel would have been available on pick up of the new motorhome and the alloys fitted at my annual service. As far as I know the dealer ordered them in plenty of time?

We had the opposite reaction, with our local dealer getting things from Bailey much faster than I was going to get them from Prima Leisure. I guess it case of "some you win some you lose!" 😁

I've had 'mixed dealings' with Prima leisure.  Some of the stuff has come quite quickly and other stuff has taken  what felt like, an age.  The Club shop through Prima is little more restricted in items you can order, but I have generally found it quicker to order this way than direct with Prima..... and, of course, there is the added advantage of a discount.

My order via the club shop from Prima leisure on 22nd April was promised to be delivered on the 23rd April.

It arrived this morning (27th April) at 10am. Hmmm.

My last order from prima has stated for the last three days that it is being picked, how long does it take to pick 8 plastic revits for number plate lights.  When I ordered the parts they were stated as being in stock and still do but no sign of them being posted.

I ordered a fixed bed slat spacer valued at 49 pence. The sort of thing that goes into new caravans each and every single day.

Why this is given a 3 week lead time, and is now overdue, just beggars belief.

Of the other items I have ordered over the years, some have been on time, but 2/3 are late. Emails are not replied to.

My overall recent experience with Bailey associated companies has been negative, and I am hoping that we don't get any significant issues with our caravan that need address. Although happy with our caravan, I wouldnt buy another for this reason

I ordered a replacement Thetford toilet cassette from Prima last Sunday. Delivered Tuesday. You can't get better than that.

When looking at the Prima leisure and the delivery dates ,I think it is what they are expected as given by the company that does their deliveries DPD.its is them that have delivered to us,

Last week I went to a big caravan dealer to buy some bigger steps ,as they were showing as in stock,  the sales lady advised they were despatched from the wholesaler the previous Thursday on 48hr service, but had not arrived that was on the Monday ,,I got a phone call on the Thursday when we were getting ready to move to the next site to say they had just arrived, she advised that she had been told by the company DPD that they had been having problems with staff shortages as well,as huge increases in work loads

Thetford Toilet Cassettes are everywhere at the moment. Caravan shops and dealers are stocked to the rafters with them.

Try ordering Thetford spares though. I have had a top plate on order for over 6 weeks, with no sign of delivery. I have had to buy a new cassette myself, otherwise we can't use the caravan!

Update on my 49p bed spacer.

Had an email on the 23rd June saying that they couldnt tell me when It might be dispatched.

They did, however, say they were expecting stock into their warehouse on the 4th April!

    Lousy company!

I got a refund on my order placed n the 19th may as prima leisure still could not tell me when it was likely to arrive with them. Clearly selling stock and taking your money when they don’t actually have the product to sell.

Terrible service and a complete lack of any communication.

I wish I had red this before placing a large order of bits, all showing in stock and 4 days later still waiting to process/pick the order.

I think the club should review its partnerships regally to ensure they are providing the best benefit and service to its members.

I take it no-one from the club management ever read these forum posts.

As for the club web site it woefully poor and looks to be run on a ZX81 or a C64

For the cost of a new "refresher kit" - cassette, seat and cover (£105), I really couldn't be bothered with trying to order spare parts and repair it myself. Plus I needed the replacement PDQ to avoid having to cancel the next trip.

The Freshen up kit, via the Club Shop, is £85.49 for the C250 and also the C400 toilets.  I got one a few weeks ago and as previously reported also received it by return,
