Seasonal pitch

Could some advice on how you go about having a seasonal pitch for 2022 please , something we’re thinking about doing for next year

    Do an internet search to get a list of campsites with seasonal pitches in whatever area interests you - for instance there are 300 listed here in the South West. Choose the ones which you like and contact them for vacancies and prices.

    but the applications for 2022 won't be out till this September.

    We had some for a few years and found it just what we wanted at the time.

    Hi we're thinking of applying for a seasonal pitch with the club for 2023, and wondered how difficult, or easy, it is to get one, and when to apply. We applied for one a couple of years ago, and weren't successful. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    They are not the most profitable use of pitches and tend to be on sites which historically have had some spare seasonal capacity. The occurrence of these will probably decrease as demand for touring pitches increase. Either that or the cost will go up which is a shame really as for many of us long term members nearing the end of our towing days had an opportunity to extend the experience into older age.

    Perhaps give the club a call to find out when the application system might start for next year.

    If you check out the details there are still seasonal pitches available for Autumn 2022 etc. smile
