Isabella fix on bracket
Hiya does anyone know where to get an extension for an Isabella fix on bracket.
I have just got a 2021 model Coachman VIP. The awning rail is bigger than my last one, and when you put the bracket onto the profile it drags the awning roof down and the fix on bracket pulls upwards on the rail. I feel that the bracket could damage the rail and in turn the caravan.
I have heard that you can get an extension for the fix on but don’t know where. I contacted Isabella who say they have them but won’t sell direct to the public. My 3 nearest Isabella awning dealers don’t know about them. So basically I am stuck. Isabell won’t sell me one and the dealers don’t know about them.
Does any one know a dealer who sells them.

I have a 2020 VIP Coachman 565 and a 2007 Magnum Isabella Awning. Different styles of the actual awning rail of the vans!!! Just spoken to 'Colin' at Isabella UK. They do a Fix-on extension piece that deals with this issue. Cost, including the vat and packaging £37. And they will deal with you direct. Mine are on their way in the post as we speak, as off next Wednesday for the first time.
